Exclusions
- Monitoring and support for servers, network devices, etc., are not included.
- Onsite visits and support for network-attached devices and servers will be billed separately per visit, based on a prior agreement.

- Managed SOC Services: For those requiring enhanced protection, our Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) team offers advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Additional Services
- Microsoft 365 Backup: Robust backup solutions for your Microsoft 365 data at R82 per user per month.
- Desktop Data Backup: Secure backup for your desktop data, starting at R130.36 per device per month with a limit of 10GB per device. Additional storage requirements will incur extra costs at a per GB rate added to the monthly bill.
